Who We Are
Jen O'Neill
Owner and Founder
She/They/Them
Jen is our founder and Director. Her focus areas are: strategic mapping, finance planning and administration, human resource management, and recruitment. Her superpower is that she's known as a tasmanian devil of endless energy and you'll probably find her on a trampoline in her off time.
Siobhan Keenan
Clinical Services Supervisor
Siobhan is our Clinical Supervisor. She onboards and manages our clients, leading intakes and writing detailed care plans. She leads pairing new clinical/respite clients with staff, and coordinates client and staff feedback. She also assists with finance work. She's excellent at seeing what is on the horizon and is a calming influence on the team.
Debbie Peterson
Scheduling Manager
​Debbie matches clients to staff, plans where we are going, makes sure we all get to where we need to be, and coordinates last minute changes, in addition to making sure we are always looking for staff where we need them. She does magic with a cell phone, and is skilled at seeing where the pieces of the puzzle fit.
Front Line Staff
We have a robust team spanning from Victoria to Campbell River. These are the people taking care of you and your family, so we choose them carefully with a heavy focus on shared values and goals.
Our staff is trained, understanding, and diverse, and we really appreciate them, so we hope you do too.
